This No-Bake Cheesecake is easy, creamy, and perfect when you don’t want to use the oven.
It is made with Huizens Fabriek Fresh Cream, Huizens Fabriek Cream Cheese, Huizens Fabriek Condensed Milk and Huizens Fabriek Butter, giving it a smooth texture and gentle sweetness.

🧂 Ingredients

For the base:

• 200 g plain biscuits (tea biscuits or tennis biscuits)
• 100 g melted Huizens Fabriek Butter

For the filling:

400 g Huizens Fabriek Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 cup Huizens Fabriek Condensed Milk

1 cup cold Huizens Fabriek Fresh Cream (whipped until thick)

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 Tbsp lemon juice

👩‍🍳 Method (Easy Steps)

1️⃣ Make the Base

Crush the biscuits until fine.
Mix with melted Huizens Fabriek Butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a cake tin.
Place in the fridge while you make the filling.

2️⃣ Mix the Filling

In a bowl, mix the Huizens Fabriek Cream Cheese until smooth.
Add the Huizens Fabriek Condensed Milk, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Mix gently until well combined.

3️⃣ Add the Cream

Smooth the top.
